The holiday village Teodorico is located 450 metres from the sea,
next to the pine forest of Punta Marina Terme . It is made up of 225 small cottages
which are all modernly furnished. The total area of Teodorico Village is 49,000
square metres.
The village has every comfort such as a 1000m2 - swimming pool for adults and a
300 m2-swimming pool for children. It also has play-grounds, green areas for relaxation,
a supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, bar and ice-cream shops. It also has various
facilities including an exchange office, ticket offices for the theme parks in the
area of
Ravenna (Mirabiliandia,
Fiabiliandia, Italia
in Miniatura Acquafan) as well as a help desk for all our guests.

The village is in a compound protected by a fence, and within the compound there
is a car park with a numbered parking space assigned to each house.
For all our guests staying from March to Octo-ber, we have a service of organised
entertainment with shows and performances, swimming pool games, aero-bics, Latin
American dance, music and a Kids Club with many surprises awaiting the little ones
(aged 3 to 12 years). The swimming pool is open from April to October. |
