Villaggio Teodorico Resort is situated 450 m from the beach, close to the pinewood of Punta Marina Terme. It consists of 225 small villas with modern furniture on an area of 49,000 m2.

Services

The resort offers all sorts of comfort, such as a swimming pool for adults of 1,000 m2 and a swimming pool for children of approx. 300 m2 children playground, wide green areas for relax, restaurant, pizzeria, café and ice-cream parlour, and a service centre with money exchange facilities, ticket office for the theme parks in the Ravenna area (Mirabilandia, Fiabilandia, Italia in Miniatura, Aquafan) and assistance for all our guests. The resort is fenced and each villa has its own reserved car park.

Beach service included in the price

From May to September, our guests can enjoy our beach service of beach umbrella + 2 beds + live entertainment on the beach completely free of charge.

Villas

Ground Floor: (26 m2) with living room and double sofa bed or two separate beds, kitchenette, toilet with shower, toilet.
First Floor: (10 m2) with master bedroom and balcony of 6 m2. Possibility to have a 12 m2 gallery in 6 people villas.
All villas are equipped with washing machine and TV.
Villas are furnished to cater for 2 to 6 people.
Each villa has a private garden with a 7m2 patio, barbecue and garden table + chairs.
